The transaction was made outside banking hours in Indonesia or on a public holiday in the destination country (excluding Bank Transfer - Instant Speed).
The recipient’s bank account is invalid.
The transaction may need verification or compliance checks due to destination country regulations.
If you are using SWIFT, your transaction might be delayed because:
The recipient’s bank is still processing the money.
The transaction was made outside banking hours in Indonesia or on a public holiday in Indonesia.
The recipient’s bank account is invalid.
The transaction may need verification or compliance checks due to destination country regulations.
If you are using e-Wallet, your transaction might be delayed because:
The transaction was made during maintenance periods.
The recipient account may require additional steps to complete the transaction.
If you are using Alipay, your transaction might be delayed because:

What can I do?
Make sure the recipient details are correct.
For transfer using e-Wallet, make sure your recipient’s e-Wallet account is verified and can receive money.
