- Nomor rekening yang valid
Pastikan untuk memasukkan nomor rekening Touch 'n Go penerima dengan benar. Nomor rekening yang valid yaitu 12 digit (contoh: 123456789012).
- Limit penerima
Pastikan bahwa limit wallet penerima masih cukup untuk menerima jumlah uang yang dikirim. Jika wallet penerima sudah melebihi limit, maka uang yang dikirim akan ditolak.
Kamu perlu memperhatikan bahwa setiap pengguna Touch 'n Go memiliki limit transaksi yang berbeda-beda. Lihat detail limit transaksi bulanan wallet Touch n Go di bawah ini:
