- If my transaction to multiple recipients fails, will all my money be refunded?

• If the failed transaction is an International Transfer transaction, your money might be refunded either in full amount (including the transfer fee) or partial amount (excluding the transfer fee), depending on the failed transaction reason.

• If the failed transaction is a Local Transfer transaction, then your money will be refunded in full amount.

- If I make a transaction to multiple recipients using a voucher and the transaction fails, will my voucher be refunded?

• If you make a transaction using a voucher* and the transaction fails for all recipients, the voucher will be refunded and can be used again.

• However, if you make a transaction using a voucher and the transaction fails for some recipients, the voucher will not be refunded.

    Please note that this voucher refund rule is only for transactions to multiple recipients.

*Vouchers that can be used for transactions to multiple recipients:

• Fee discount voucher

• This voucher is valid for both International and Local Transfers.
• This voucher will only deduct the transfer fee.
• If the discount amount on the voucher is greater than the transfer fee, then your transfer fee will be free, and the remaining voucher amount will be forfeited.

• Transaction discount voucher

• This voucher is only valid for International Transfers.
• This voucher will reduce the total amount.
• If the discount amount on the voucher is less than the transfer fee, then the voucher will reduce the transfer fee first.
• If the discount amount on the voucher is greater than the transfer fee, then your transfer fee will be free, and the remaining voucher amount will reduce your total amount and will be distributed proportionally per recipient.
